Generators Concept is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned to the sender due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend returned packages.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Generators Concept is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
